Jeremy is married to Clair and they have three children (Grace, Samuel and Daniel) plus Poppy (the horse), Scampers (pony) and Willow (dog). He started his role as children and families pastor here at Christ Church in September 2016 having previously been director of the Broadfield Children’s Project in Crawley where he was also children’s worker for the parish of St. Mary’s. Before that he was a children’s worker in Birmingham. He started my working life as a teacher (also in Birmingham).
Jeremy enjoys sports and cooking, Clair likes to ride her horse and loves the Harry Potter books, Grace enjoys animals and gymnastics, Samuel loves football and Daniel’s favourite hobby at the moment is climbing on furniture!
Jeremy’s passion is to tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord and he especially enjoys telling Bible stories in assemblies at our schools. He wants to see our children at Christ Church grow in faith and understanding, and also new families coming to know Jesus.
